Owner of Air Wise

Russell started off as a boat builder by trade where he gained majority of his HVAC experience in dealing with large boat Air conditioning systems. After years of being in his trade he decided to fulfil a long boyhood dream and join the Australian Army where he gained another trade as a Helicopter Technician where he also gained a tonne of Air conditioning system experience but this time in the air instead of water.

After leaving the army in 2022, Russell has owned and managed a couple of other successful businesses which he has now passed on to other owners and bought Air Wise in 2024. Russell was thrilled to be able to purchase Air Wise from the former owner who has established a very well known and respected business within the industry and looking to further grow it all while maintaining the highest of standards and foundations that this business was built on over 30 years ago.

Administration

Rachel started off her administration working for the local council before moving on to QLD Health in 2009 and left in 2014 when her second daughter was born.

Rachel decided she wanted to stick with administration but wanted a change and decided to join the Royal Australian Air Force as a Personal Capability Specialist, a few years later she met Russ and welcomed 2 sons. Rachel has worked in various aspects of admin and managing and has completed a Cert III Business and wishes to pursue further qualifications in the future while working our business and running around after her 4 kids.

Site Supervisor

Michael has a very diverse trade and technical background within many different sectors in the building/construction industry. His experience ensures we know our way around any workplace or dwelling and the best methods to achieve our goal of providing the most professional service possible.

On his time off he has 3 daughters to keep him in line which he spoils very much no matter of the woman to man ratio he endures. Michael also loves a fish, has a great golf swing or loves watching his families horses on race day all around Australia.
